How the Process Works

1. Submit an Inquiry

Tell me about your project! Include photos of your item, material type, dimensions, quantity, artwork, wording, logos, or any inspiration you'd like me to use.

2. Project Review

I'll review your request to determine if the material is suitable for laser engraving and provide you with a personalized quote.

3. Design Consultation

We'll discuss your design, wording, artwork, sizing, and placement to ensure every detail is exactly how you envision it.

4. Payment & Proof

Once payment has been received, a digital design proof will be provided when applicable. Production will not begin until your design has been approved.

5. Engraving

After final approval, your project will be carefully engraved, inspected, and prepared for local pickup or shipping.

Customer-Supplied Items

I gladly accept many customer-supplied items for engraving. However, because every manufacturer and material responds differently to laser engraving, additional precautions may be necessary to help achieve the best possible results.

Whenever possible, I recommend providing a sample item made of the same material before engraving your final piece. This allows me to safely test laser settings and minimize the risk of damage.

If you choose not to provide a sample item, you'll be asked to sign a Liability Waiver & Release Agreement acknowledging the risks associated with laser engraving customer-supplied materials.

Please note:

• Some materials may not be suitable for laser engraving.

• Results may vary depending on the item's finish, coating, or manufacturer.

• Customer-supplied items are engraved at the customer's own risk.

• While every precaution is taken, Serene Grace LLC cannot guarantee results or assume responsibility for damage that may occur during the engraving process.

Customer Agreement

Before engraving any customer-supplied item, a Customer-Supplied Item Agreement must be completed.

This agreement outlines:

• Material limitations

• Design approval

• Risk acknowledgment

• Liability release

Engraving services cannot begin until the required agreement has been completed.
