At Serene Grace LLC, every item begins as an idea prayed over and crafted with intention. Each piece is handcrafted and created specifically for you, which means no two are exactly alike. This care and personalization are part of what make our products special.

Refund Policy

Due to the handcrafted and personalization, made-to-order nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, except in the following cases:

  • Lost in Transit: If your order is lost during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Damaged on Arrival: If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 24-48 of delivery at support@serenegrace.com with clear photos of the damage and your order number.

Refunds are not available for:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Items returned without prior approval

  • Normal wear and tear

Exchange Policy

Because each product is made to order, we do not offer exchanges. If there is an issue with your order that falls under our refund policy, we will work with you to provide a replacement or refund.

Shipping Policy

We currently ship via USPS. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the time needed to create your order.

  • Processing Time: All items are made to order. Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be created and prepared for shipping. Processing items may vary slightly during holiday or high-volume seasons. 

  • Shipping Time: Once your item(s) are shipped, USPS delivery typically takes 3-7 business days within the United States. 

  • Tracking information: will be provided once your order is shipped.

  • Shipping Delays: Serene Grace LLC is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
